摘 要:随着无线微波通信技术的迅速发展,滤波器作为具有选频功能的无源器件,它的设计与性能直接关系着整个通讯系统和射频链路的指标,因此,对滤波器的性能要求也变得越来越高。基于MATLAB与HFSS结合,使用MATLAB实现有关发夹型滤波器的相关初始设计条件,然后调用HFSS设计1款中心频率为5GHz,相对1dB带宽500MHz、带内纹波≤0.1dB的发夹型滤波器。With the rapid development of wireless microwave communication technology,the filter is a passive device with frequency selection function.The design of filters and its performance are directly related to the indicators of the entire communication system and RF link budget,so the performance requirements of the filter also become higher and higher.Based on the combination of MATLAB and HFSS,this paper uses MATLAB to realize the relevant initial design conditions of the hairpin filter,and then uses the HFSS software to design a hairpin with a center frequency of 5 GHz,a bandwidth of 500 MHz relative to 1 dB,and an passband ripple of≤0.1 dB.
