摘　　要：通过对长治学院外语系6名教师进行半结构性访谈,了解地方院校大学生中国地方文化传播能力培养的现状。调查发现:目前中国地方文化的传播已经引起教师的普遍关注,但仍存在着认识不全面、措施不到位的问题。研究提出构建4个维度的中国地方文化传播能力培养体系,开展全方位、系统化的中国地方文化英语教学改革。The survey is accomplished on the basis of half-opened structure interview of six teachers in Foreign Languages Department of Changzhi University,and the result has been gained that students’transmission ability of Chinese Local Culture has attracted teachers’attention in their teaching process while some problems still exist:the teachers’awareness is not comprehensive,and the teaching methods are not supportive.This research has put forward a four-dimension system of cultivation of students’transmission ability,and it is hoped that a systematical and comprehensive teaching mode can be established on the basis of this system.
