微切口埋线法重睑成形术联合Park Z内眦赘皮切除术治疗双眼上睑单睑并内眦赘皮患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察微切口埋线法重睑成形术联合ParkZ内眦赘皮切除术治疗双眼上睑单睑并内眦赘皮患者的效果。方法选取2017年3月～2018年5月我院双眼上睑单睑并内眦赘皮患者72例,依照手术方案分为埋线组(n=36)与切开组(n=36)。切开组实施上睑切开法重睑成形术联合Park Z内眦赘皮切除术,埋线组实施微切口埋线法重睑成形术联合Park Z内眦赘皮切除术。观察比较两组术后瘢痕评分(VSS)、并发症发生率及美观满意度。结果术后1个月、3个月及6个月埋线组VSS评分较切开组小(P <0.05);埋线组并发症发生率8.33%低于切开组30.56%(P <0.05);术后,埋线组美观满意度94.44%高于切开组(75.00%,P <0.05)。结论微切口埋线法重睑成形术联合ParkZ内眦赘皮切除术应用于双眼上睑单睑并内眦赘皮患者,可显著减少瘢痕面积,提高美观满意度,且并发症少,安全可靠。Objective To observe the effect of double eyelid plasty combined with Park Z epicanthus excision by micro-incision embedding suture in the treatment of bilateral upper eyelid single eyelid with epicanthus.Methods From March 2017 to May 2018,72 patients with single eyelid and epicanthus were divided into catgut embedding group(n=36)and incision group(n=36).The upper eyelid incision double eyelid plasty combined with Park Z epicanthus excision was performed in the incision group,and micro-incision embedding suture double eyelid plasty combined with Park Z epicanthus excision was performed in the catgut embedding group.The VSS,complication rate and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The VSS score of catgut embedding group was lower than that of incision group 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The complication rate of catgut embedding group was 8.33%lower than that of incision group 30.56%(P<0.05.The aesthetic satisfaction of catgut embedding group was 94.44%higher than that of incision group 75.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of double eyelid plasty combined with Park Z epicanthus excision through micro-incision can significantly reduce the area of scar,improve the aesthetic satisfaction,and have fewer complications,which is safe and reliable in patients with single eyelid and epicanthus of both upper eyelids.
