上唇巨大基底细胞癌切除术后缺损修复1例体会

摘　　要：基底细胞癌是头面部的常见恶性肿瘤,外科手术切除病灶后会遗留不同程度的皮肤缺损、功能破坏及美观度下降,尽可能地重建功能并达到美观要求是修复的重点。本研究报道了1例上唇巨大基底细胞癌切除术后采用"下唇带蒂皮瓣移植术+邻近瓣转瓣修复术"的修复方案。Basal cell carcinoma is a common malignant tumor of the head and face.After surgical resection of the lesion,different degrees of skin defects,functional damage and aesthetic decline will be left behind.The key point of repair is to reconstruct the function as far as possible and meet the aesthetic requirements.In this study,a case of large basal cell carcinoma of the upper lip was resected and repaired with pedicle flap of the lower lip plus adjacent flap flap flap.
