摘 要:车体是铁道车辆的承载骨架,其强度可靠性对车辆的安全运行有着重要的影响。文章根据焊接结构疲劳失效的特点,基于DVS 1608-2011和DVS 1612-2014等标准的焊接结构疲劳强度分析方法对车体结构进行疲劳强度分析,并在车体结构强度分析结果数据处理中引入结构材料利用率云图,实现结构安全性分析结果的可视化,使车体强度分析的结果更直观和全面。结果表明,该分析方法及可视化手段能直观、准确地反映车体结构的疲劳强度储备情况,保证轻量化设计车体结构的疲劳强度。文章的分析对铁道车辆车体焊接结构设计具有一定的工程指导意义。Car body is the bearing part of the railway vehicles, and its strength reliability has major impact on the safe operation of vehicle. According to the characteristics of the welded structure fatigue failure, the car body structure fatigue strength is analyzed by fatigue strength analysis method based on DVS 1608-2011 and DVS 1612? 2014 standards. The nephogram of material utilization rate is used to make the structure safety result visibly, which makes the strength analysis result of car body more directly and more comprehensive. The analysis results show that this analysis and visualization method can accurately reflect the fatigue strength holdings in order to make sure of the frame structure fatigue strength of the lightweight design. This analysis has certain guiding significance in engineering on the railway vehicle car body design.
