小柴胡汤治疗脾虚湿热证

摘　　要：小柴胡汤为治疗半表半里、寒热虚实夹杂的主要经方,可攻补兼施,既清热利湿又健脾和胃。本研究在把握小柴胡汤方义基础上,分析脾虚湿热证的证治特点及其与脾胃湿热证、脾虚寒湿证之异同,将小柴胡汤拓展运用于脾虚湿热证的治疗,融经方与时方于一体,随症加减。并列举反流性食管炎与脂肪肝两则验案,分析小柴胡汤治疗脾虚湿热证的临证要义。Xiao Chaihu Decoction is a classical recipe indicated for the treatment of syndrome of half-exterior and half-interior as well as the syndrome of cold-heat intermingling deficiency-excess,which has the actions of simultaneous purging and tonifying through clearing heat,promoting diuresis,strengthening spleen and regulating stomach.By following the prescription mechanism of Xiao Chaihu Decoction and after exploring the characteristics of spleen deficiency resulting into damp heat syndrome and after the identification of spleen deficiency resulting into damp heat syndrome from spleen-stomach damp heat syndrome and spleen deficiency resulting into cold damp syndrome,Xiao Chaihu Decoction was extendedly used for the treatment of spleen deficiency resulting into damp heat syndrome,and the combination of modern recipes and modification according to symptoms were performed.The experienced medical cases of reflux esophagitis and fatty liver with spleen deficiency resulting into damp heat syndrome treated by Xiao Chaihu Decoction were listed to illustrate the individual experiences in treating spleen deficiency resulting into damp heat syndrome.
