摘 要:对5A06铝合金T型变管径半管冷冲压成形工艺进行优化,利用Dynaform有限元方法对零件成形过程进行有限元模拟仿真,并对其中零件毛料尺寸和凹模圆角进行了详细的分析,优化了工艺及工装参数,结果表明,不规则六边形下料尺寸比长方形更加利于零件成形,避免了在凹模圆角与型面过渡区处产生裂纹;凹模圆角半径为R10 mm时,可成形出满足使用要求的合格零件。运用实验进行验证,实验结果与有限元模拟仿真结果相符,证明了模拟的正确性。The cold stamping process of 5A06 aluminium alloy T-shaped semi-pipe with variable diameter was optimized,and the forming process of the part was simulated by software Dynaform. Then,the blank size and die fillet of the part were analyzed in detail,and the process and tooling parameters were optimized. The results show that irregular hexagonal blanking size is more advantageous to part forming than rectangular blanking size to avoid cracking at the fillet and the transition zone of die surface. When the die radius is R10 mm,the qualified parts can be formed to meet the requirements. The experiment was used to verify that the experimental results are consistent with the finite element simulation results,which proves the correctness of the simulation.
