摘  要:为提高新能源汽车电机定转子冲片的冲压生产安全系数和工作效率,减轻劳动强度,降低危险性,对传统的由多台冲压机床组成的定转子冲片冲压生产线进行规划改造技术提升,运用机械手进行自动送料,使用真空发生器控制真空吸盘吸放定转子冲片,研究采用PLC控制整个系统的自动化协调运转,设计快速连续作业的工艺流程和智能准确控制的PLC系统控制,改进生产流程中的相关动作程序;运用触摸屏进行人机对话控制,并对生产流程进行实时监控,使整条生产线更加高效整洁。通过实践探索出各环节的最优工艺参数,实现定转子冲片的高效率、自动化生产的目的,提高并稳定冲片生产质量。In order to improve the safety factor and working efficiency of stamping production of the stator and rotor punching parts for the motor of the new energy vehicle and reduce the labor intensity and risk,the traditional stamping production lines of stator and rotor punching parts consisting of several stamping machines were planned,reformed and technically upgraded. Then,the automatic feeding was conducted by robot,and the vacuum sucker was controlled by vacuum generator to suck and discharge the stator and rotor punching parts.Furthermore,the automatic and coordinated operation of the whole system controlled by PLC was studied,a fast continuous operation process and intelligent and accurate control of PLC system were designed,and the production process of the relevant action procedures was improved. Finally,the human-computer dialogue control was realized by the touch screen,and the production process was monitored in real time so as to make the whole production line more efficient and tidy. Through practice,the optimum technological parameters of each link were explored to realize the aim of high efficiency automatic production of stator and rotor punching parts,and the production quality of punching parts was improved and stabilized.
