摘 要:[目的]探索不同因素对高效氟氯氰菊酯水乳剂剪切流变性质的影响,以及剪切流变性质与稳定性2者之间的关系。[方法]通过测试不同乳化剂组合及其不同配比、黄原胶的不同用量、外加不同的存储时间下高效氟氯氰菊酯水乳剂黏度曲线和流变曲线,研究其对高效氟氯氰菊酯水乳剂流变特性的影响。[结果]高效氟氯氰菊酯水乳剂为假塑性流体,其中黄原胶用量对该水乳剂的剪切流变性质影响最大,假塑性特征随着其浓度的升高而加强,黄原胶含量越高对应的黏度和剪切应力也越高;乳化剂组合和存储时间影响次之,不同的乳化剂和存储时间对应的剪切流变性质差异明显,4号乳化剂配方幅度变化最大,剪切应力和黏度最高;随着存储时间变长,对应的剪切应力减小;而乳化剂用量则影响不大,流变特征的差异度不明显。[结论]高效氟氯氰菊酯水乳剂流变性质与体系稳定性具有一定的关联性,从整体上看,屈服值越大,体系越稳定。[Aims] The aims were to explored the effects of different factors on the shear rheological properties of beta-cyfluthrin EW, and the relationship between shear rheological properties and stability.[Methods] By testing different emulsifier combinations, different dosage of xanthan gum, viscosity curves and rheological curves of beta-cyfluthrin EW under different storage time, study its effect on the rheological properties of beta-cyfluthrin EW.[Results] Beta-cyfluthrin EW was a pseudoplastic fluid, the dosage of xanthan gum had the greatest influence on the shear rheological properties of the water emulsion, pseudoplastic characteristics were enhanced as their concentration increases, the higher the content of xanthan gum, the higher corresponding viscosity and shear stress, the influence of emulsifier combination and storage time comes second, different emulsifiers and storage time correspond to different shear rheological properties, No. 4 emulsifier formula had the largest change in amplitude, shear stress and viscosity were the highest. As the storage time becomes longer, the corresponding shear stress decreases. But the dosage of emulsifier had little influence, and the difference in rheological characteristics was not obvious.[Conclusions] Rheological properties of beta-cyfluthrin aqueous emulsions have a certain correlation with the stability of the system. Overall, the greater the yield value, the more stable the system.
