论工科教育人文化与俄国技术哲学的发端

摘　　要：19世纪末20世纪初,技术知识在俄国的普及和技术哲学在俄国的产生是一枚硬币的两面。近代俄国的快速工业化导致高等工科教育的兴起,为各个工业部门培养了大量工程技术专业人才;而工科教育人文化,即培养具有文科教育背景和人文主义精神的工程师,则是俄国技术哲学产生的深层原因。技术哲学在普及技术知识、培养具有人文素养的工程技术人才的过程中发挥了重要作用。时至今日,无论是在俄罗斯还是在中国,实现工科教育人文化依旧任重道远。The popularity of technical knowledge in Russia and the production of philosophy of technology in Russia are two sides of a coin in the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century. The rise of higher polytechnic education by the rapid industrialization of modem Russia has trained a large number of engineering and technical professionals for various industrial sectors. However, the humanization of polytechnic education, which is to train engineers with the background of liberal arts education and humanism spirit, is the deep reason of Russian philosophy of technology. Philosophy of technology has played an important role in popularizing technical knowledge and cultivating the engineering and technical professionals with humanistic qualities. Nowadays, there is still a long way to go to realize the humanization of polytechnic education whether in Russia or in China.
