摘　　要：为全面评估高校图书馆学习支持服务成效,本文依据"柯氏模型"基本理论,结合高校图书馆学习支持服务的特点,构建了图书馆学习支持服务成效评价指标体系,通过德尔菲法和层次分析法确定指标权重,在此基础上,对三峡大学图书馆学习支持服务效果进行了实例分析。Guided by the Kirkpatrick Model and in light of the support features of university libraries, this paper builds an evaluation indicator system to assess the learning support performance of university libraries in a comprehensive manner, weights are identified by the Delphi method and the AHP method. Based on this, this paper conducts case study on the learning support performance of the library in China Three Gorges University.
