摘　　要：文化传承与创新是大学的使命,大学是文化传承与创新的平台。民族高校应当发挥自身文化职能,主动服务于民族文化建设。通过发挥文化传承功能,培养民族文化传承人才;通过发挥文化创造功能,开展民族文化研究与交流。The cultural inheritance and innovation is the mission of universities and colleges which also offer platforms for cultural exchange. The universities and colleges for nationalities should exert their cultural function and serve for the construction of ethnic culture. Therefore,we can cultivate the talents for the ethnic cultural inheritance by exerting the cultural exchange function and carry out the ethnic cultural study and communication by applying the cultural innovation function.
