摘　　要：目的:从中药冬虫夏草中分离得到一株内生菌,鉴定为毛霉菌Mucor luteus,对其发酵后的次级代谢产物进行化学成分的研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、半制备型HPLC等方法进行分离纯化得到化合物,经质谱、核磁共振等波谱方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:共分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:20-O-methyl-24-epi-cyclocitrinol(1),(15S)-15-hydroxy-24-epi-cyclocitrinol(2),(16R)-16-hydroxy-24-epi-cyclocitrinol(3),coniochaetones B(4),4-Hydroxybenzoic acid(5),benzoic acid(6),5,5'-diisobutoxy-2,2'-bifuran(7),bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(8)。结论:化合物1～5, 7～8均为首次从M. luteus中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of bioactive secondary metabolites of an endophytic fungi isolated and identified as Mucor luteus from the Chinese herbal medicine Cordyceps sinensis. Method: Secondary metabolites were purified by column chromatography methods such as slica gel and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic analysis. Result: 8 compounds were isolated and elucidated as: 20-O-methyl-24-epi-cyclocitrinol(1),(15 S)-15-hydroxy-24-epi-cyclocitrinol(2),(16 R)-16-hydroxy-24-epi-cyclocitrinol(3), coniochaetones B(4), 4-Hydroxybenzoic acid(5),benzoic acid(6), 5,5’-diisobutoxy-2,2’-bifuran(7), and bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(8). Conclusion: Compounds 1~5, 7~8 are isolated from M. luteus for the first time.
