摘　　要：目的:研究B超联合心电图(ECG)检查对高血压性心脏病患者诊断准确率的影响。方法:选取我院2016年1月至2017年11月86例高血压性心脏病患者作为研究对象,均采取B超、ECG检查,比较B超联合ECG检查及单独检查高血压性心脏病的诊断准确率。结果:B超联合ECG检查高血压性心脏病患者左室扩大诊断准确率43.02%、左室肥厚诊断准确率66.28%高于B超(31.40%、18.60%)、ECG(53.49%、41.86%)单独检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B超联合ECG检查高血压性心脏病患者可有效提高诊断准确率,尤其是针对存在左室扩大、左室肥厚等情况者,有助于为临床评估病情程度、制定治疗方案提供有力参考依据。Objective:To investigate the effect of B ultrasonography combined with electrocardiogram (ECG) examination on diagnostic accuracy in patients with hypertensive cardiopathy.Methods:86 cases of hypertensive cardiopathy in our hospital from January 2016 to November 2017 were selected as subjects.All patients were examined by B ultrasonography and ECG.The diagnostic accuracy of B ultrasonography combined with ECG in the examination of hypertensive cardiopathy and that of the separated examination were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of left ventricular enlargement in patients with hypertensive cardiopathy by B ultrasonography combined with ECG was 43.02%,and the accuracy of left ventricular hypertrophy was 66.28%,higher than those of B ultrasonography (31.40%,18.60%) and ECG (53.49%,41.86%) separately,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:B ultrasonography combined with ECG in the examination of patients with hypertensive cardiopathy can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis,especially for the patients with left ventricular enlargement and left ventricular hypertrophy,which is helpful to provide a powerful reference for the clinical evaluation of the degree of the disease and the formulation of the treatment scheme.
