摘　　要：主要通过统计分析近年公开发表关于花鳗鲡肌肉必需氨基酸的文献,基于鱼类营养需求中的"理想蛋白"模型,采用A/E方法,估算了花鳗鲡饲料中10种必需氨基酸需要量,可为花鳗鲡配合饲料的科学配制提供参考。The statistical analysis of essential amino acids in muscle of marbled eel (Anguilla marmorata) published in recent years were conducted to estimate the essential amino acids requirements in feed. Ten essential amino acids requirements of this fish were obtained by A/E method based on the theory of ideal protein model for fish nutrient requirement. These estimated values could provide reference to design formula feed formulation of marbled eel.
