从福多思想语假说到概念思维的纯意义—概念及命题假说  

From Fodor’s Language of Thought Hypothesis to the Sheer Meaning-Concept and Proposition Hypothesis of Conceptual Thinking

摘　　要：本文基于福多思想语假说及相关研究,提出了概念思维心理操作的纯意义-概念及命题假说。概念思维的心理操作过程可能如下:外部事物作用于感官,思维主体涌现出模糊的感受性意义。此为脱离语词概念的感受性纯意义操作。思维主体基于感受性意义的进一步心理操作形成概念和概念关系即命题的心理表征。概念和命题的心理表征以共时的、聚合的、网络的形式,而非线性语句的形式存在。思维主体用自然语词去固定概念心理表征的核心信息,淘汰其他相关信息,形成精确的概念。思想固化成概念和命题表达出来,就是概念思维的言语表达。概念是意义的载体,概念由概念元生成。无穷的概念和概念元都是思维主体后天习得的。概念思维的基本单位是概念的心理表征。概念思维具有个体特异性,不能完全避开意识和意向性。可见,概念思维的媒介既不是福多式思想语也不是自然语言。Based on Fodor’s Language of Thought Hypothesis and other related researches,the authors for the first time put forward the Sheer Meaning-Concept and Proposition Hypothesis of the mental operation of conceptual thinking. The mental operation process of conceptual thinking may be as follows: External things act on the senses,fuzzy experiential meanings emerge in the brain of the thinking subject. This is experiential sheer-meaning operation,independent of the concepts of words,and independent of language. Based on further mental operation of the experiential meaning,the thinking subject forms the mental representation of concepts and concept relations namely propositions.The mental representations of concepts and propositions exist synchronically and aggregately in the form of networks other than linear sentences. The thinking subject forms accurate concepts by using natural words to fix the core information of the mental representations of concepts and eliminating other relevant information. Ideas solidify into concepts and propositions and when they are expressed in words and sentences,it is the speech expression of conceptual thinking. Concept is the carrier of meaning,and concept is generated by semantic primitive. Infinite concepts and semantic primitives are acquired by thinking subjects. The basic unit of conceptual thinking is the mental representation of concept.Conceptual thinking has individual peculiarity and can not completely avoid consciousness and intentionality. The medium of conceptual thinking is neither Fodor’s Language of Thought nor natural languages.
