摘　　要：好的创新创业环境离不开创业文化的培育,培育创业文化就是以创新创业教育为核心,凝炼创新创业环境与创业文化来培育人们的创业意识。创业环境建设就是经济建设,创业文化建设是一种生产力的观念逐渐得到社会各层面的认同。"创业先锋"评比宣传活动以项目促进就业,以项目带动创业,以项目拉动经济。A good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship can not be separated from the cultivation of entrepreneurship culture. To cultivate entrepreneurship culture is to cultivate people's entrepreneurship consciousness by taking innovation and entrepreneurship education as the core and condensing innovation and entrepreneurship environment and culture. The construction of entrepreneurial environment is economic construction, and the construction of entrepreneurial culture is also a concept of productivity, which is gradually recognized by all levels of society. The "pioneer of entrepreneurship" evaluation and propaganda activities promote employment by projects, promote entrepreneurship by projects, and promote economy by projects.
