摘  要:目的探讨生长抑素联合倍他米松治疗急性水肿性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取山东省立医院南院2016年3月至2018年4月92例急性水肿性胰腺炎患者,随机分为对照组46例(生长抑素治疗组)与观察组46例(生长抑素联合倍他米松组),对比分析两组的临床疗效和症状改善时间。结果两组治疗效果、腹痛消失、腹胀消失、腹膜炎体征消失、血淀粉酶以及尿淀粉酶恢复等指标的时间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素联合倍他米松治疗急性水肿性胰腺炎疗效更好,可以明显提高患者的生命质量。Objective To explore clinical efficacy of somatostatin combined with betamethasone in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis.Methods 92 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis in the Southern Hospital of Shangdong Province-owned Hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into 46 cases of control group(somatostatin group)and 46 cases of observation group(somatostatin combined betamethasone group),and the clinical efficacy and improvement time of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The two groups were statistically significant in therapeutic effect,abdominal pain disappearance,abdominal distention,disappearance of peritonitis,blood amylase and urine amylase recovery,and so on(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with betamethasone is effective in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
