恒上前牙龈下牙折治疗中采取牙体牙髓联合正畸修复方法的临床效果及对患者满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究恒上前牙龈下牙折患者采用牙体牙髓与正畸修复联合治疗的效果及其满意度。方法选择2017年1月至2018年5月于本院接受治疗的恒上前牙龈下牙折患者100例,采用抽签法将其分为实验组与参照组,每组50例。其中,参照组采用常规修复治疗方式,实验组实施牙体牙髓与正畸修复联合治疗模式,对比两组恒上前牙龈下牙折治疗效果、术后并发症及患者满意度。结果实验组恒上前牙龈下牙折临床治疗总有效率(96%)明显高于参照组(78%),实验组牙周炎及牙冠偏向等恒上前牙龈下牙折术后并发症发生率(2%)低于参照组(14%),实验组恒上前牙龈下牙折治疗满意度(94%)高于参照组(72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用牙体牙髓与正畸修复联合治疗恒上前牙龈下牙折的临床效果较好,患者术后并发症发生比例较低,恢复速度较快,应予以临床推广。Objective To explore the efficacy and satisfaction of combined treatment of dental pulp and orthodontic repair in patients with constant anterior subgingival fold.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with lower gingival crevasse who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by lottery,with 50 cases in each group.Among them,the control group using conventional repair treatment,the experimental group the tooth pulp and zhengji rehabilitation treatment mode,compared two groups of constant forward under the gum odontoclasis treatment effect,the postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction.Results The experimental group under the constant forward gum odontoclasis clinical total effective rate(96%)was obviously higher than control group(78%),experimental periodontitis and dental crowns deflection under the constant forward,such as gum fold the incidence of postoperative complications(2%)is lower than the control group(14%),the experimental group under the constant forward gum odontoclasis treatment total satisfaction rate(94%)was higher than control group(72%),the significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The tooth pulp and zhengji rehabilitation combined treatment under constant forward gum odontoclasis clinical effect is good,patients with postoperative complications rate is low,restore fast,must be paid to the clinical promotion.
