摘　　要：Writing plays a very important role in college English teaching and learning,and it is considered as one of the main language output methods.This survey aims to analyze college students’use of the pigai system in minority areas based on 515 students from Honghe University,hoping to provide a reference to enhance minority students’efficiency of English writing.Key words:the pigai system;writing motivation;self-monitoring;self-management;Writing plays a very important role in college English teaching and learning,and it is considered as one of the main language output methods.This survey aims to analyze college students’use of the pigai system in minority areas based on 515 students from Honghe University,hoping to provide a reference to enhance minority students’efficiency of English writing.
