大学生教育志愿行动的反思

摘  要:教育志愿行动是指主体出于自愿意志,自由选择方式,为促进他人的思想与心灵的成长而实施的行为。自由性及教育性是教育志愿行动的本质特征。大学生群体一直是教育志愿行动的重要力量,我国大学生教育志愿行动的领域主要有国家统一实施的西部计划、师范生顶岗实习、教育公益组织支教和社区教育志愿活动。大学生教育志愿行动取得了斐然成绩,但是也存在诸多问题,研究者和实践者要不断反思,在研究的广度和深度、常态化的行动模式,有效的激励机制等方面寻求破解之路。Voluntary action in education refers to the behavior that the subject chooses in order to promote the mind and the soul of others by his free will. Freedom and education are the essential characteristics of voluntary action in education. The group of college students has always been an important force of voluntary action in education. The main fields of voluntary action in education for college students in China are the Western Plan, the practice of teacher-training, the support of educational public welfare organizations and the voluntary activities of community education, which are carried out uniformly by the State. College students voluntary action in education has made great achievements, but there are still many problems. Researchers and practitioners should constantly reflect, and seek the way to solve the problem in the range and depth of research, the normal mode of action, the effective incentive mechanism and so on.
