摘 要:目的探讨人参皂苷对重症腹腔感染大鼠肠黏膜萎缩及CRP、TNF-α和IL-6表达的影响。方法 40只腹腔感染大鼠随机均分为两组:A组通过尾静脉每天注射1ml人参皂苷溶液0.2g/L;B组注射1ml生理盐水。采用ELISA法检测D-乳酸、尿淀粉酶、二胺氧化酶、内霉素、CRP、TNF-α及IL-6的水平,HE染色观察肠黏膜的变化。结果B组肠黏膜厚度少于A组[(223.17±11.23)μm vs.(287.32±10.43)μm](P<0.05)。A组D-乳酸、尿淀粉酶、二胺氧化酶、内霉素以及CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论人参皂苷能够降低重症腹腔感染大鼠的炎症反应,抑制肠黏膜的萎缩。Objective To investigate the effects of ginsenoside on the atrophy of intestinal mucosa and the expressions of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in rats with severe abdominal infection.Methods Forty rats with severe abdominal infection were equally randomized into two groups.Group A was intravenously injected with 1 ml ginsenoside 0.2 g/L every day,and group B was injected with 1 ml normal saline as the control.The levels of D-lactic acid,urine amylase,diamine oxidase,endotoxin,CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 were detected by ELISA method.The changes of intestinal mucosa were observed by HE staining.Results The thickness of intestinal mucosa in group B was less than that in group A [(223.17±11.23)μm vs.(287.32±10.43)μm](P<0.05).The levels of D-lactic acid,urine amylase,diamine oxidase,endotoxin,CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginsenoside can reduce the inflammatory responses to severe abdominal infection and inhibit the atrophy of intestinal mucosa.
