摘 要:为了研究切削过程中刀具的磨料磨损,通过热等静压技术分别制作了Al_2O_3含量为0%、0. 5%、1%和2%的珠光体钢工件,然后用同种刀具切削这些工件。通过扫描电镜观察实验后的刀具和磨屑,并加以分析,得到以下结论:刀具的后刀面磨损随着磨粒含量的增加而明显增大,而刀具的前刀面磨损会随磨粒含量的增加有微弱的减小。温度增加会使刀具磨损增加;金属切削过程中磨料磨损率在初始阶段较高,但随着切削时间的增加会明显降低。In order to study the abrasive wear of cutting tools in the cutting process,pearlite steel workpieces containing Al2O3 0%,0. 5 %,1 % and 2 % were manufactured by hot isostatic pressing method. Then the same cutting tools were used to cut these pieces. Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the tool and debris after experiment,and the following conclusions were drawn: The flank wear of the tool obviously increases with the increase of the content of the abrasive grain,and the face wear of the tool will decrease slightly with the increase of abrasive content. The increase of temperature will increase the wear of the tool. the abrasive wear rate of metal cutting is higher in the initial stage,but it will decrease with the increase of cutting time.
