摘 要:形面精度是评价大型星载天线性能的关键指标之一。介绍了基于三维坐标测量的大型可展开网状天线形面精度的测量与计算方法;设计了对比试验,分别利用经纬仪测量系统、摄影测量系统、激光扫描仪,测量了某型号大型可展开网状天线模型的形面精度;对比了三种测量方法的优缺点,其结论对同类型星载大型可展开网状天线产品形面精度的评价有着指导意义。Shape accuracy is one of the key indicators for evaluating the performance of large spaceborne antennas. Based on three-dimensional coordinate measurement, the measurement and calculation method of large-scale expandable mesh antenna shape accuracy was introduced. By using the theodolite measuring system, photogrammetry system and laser scanner, a comparative experiment was designed to measure the shape accuracy of a large expandable mesh antenna model for a certain model, and the advantages and disadvantages of the three measurement methods were compared. The conclusions have guiding significance for the evaluation of the shape accuracy of the same type of spaceborne large expandable mesh antenna products.
