摘　　要：在利用反相纸层析法分离油菜籽中主要不饱和脂肪酸的实验教学中,由于受到多种因素的影响,脂肪酸层析图谱经常出现各种问题。经过大量实验摸索,不断优化实验条件,提高了反相纸层析法分离主要不饱和脂肪酸的实验教学效果。对脂肪酸层析进行经验总结,同时对常见问题进行解析并提出相应的解决方案,指导脂肪酸层析实验教学。In the experimental teaching in the separation of main unsaturated fatty acids from rapeseed by reversed-phase paper chromatography,the fatty acid chromatogram often appears various problems due to a variety of factors.Through a lot of experiments and continuous optimization of experimental conditions,the experimental teaching effect of the separation of main unsaturated fatty acids by the reversed-phase paper chromatography was improved.The experience of fatty acid chromatography was summarized.Meanwhile,the common problems were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were putted forward.These can guide the experimental teaching of fatty acid chromatography.
