摘 要:针对传统井下防爆胶轮车驾驶室质量大、隔音效果不佳、操作舒适性差等问题,介绍了一种煤矿蓄电池式电机车驾驶室的设计思路和方案。阐述了驾驶室的设计要求和结构特点,针对驾驶室的外观设计、主体结构强度分析、操作舒适性等关键因素,运用SolidWorks、Ansys等软件完成了三维模型的创建和强度分析,运用符合人机工程学的尺寸对驾驶室操作系统进行了合理布置。实际安装试验结果表明,经过优化设计后的驾驶室能满足可靠性及轻量化的设计要求,并在操作空间上有了很大的改善。The traditional underground explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle cab has many problems,such as overweight,poor sound insulation and poor operation comfort,the design idea and scheme of a cab for coal mine battery electric locomotive have been introduced.The design requirements and structural characteristics of the cab have been expounded,aiming at the key factors such as the appearance design of the cab,the strength analysis of the main structure and the operation comfort.SolidWorks,Ansys and other softwares have been used to complete the creation of three-dimensional model and strength analysis,and the cab operating system has been rationally arranged with the size of ergonomics.The results of practical installation test show that the cab can meet the requirements of reliability and lightweight design,and the operating space has been greatly improved.
