摘　　要：针对电控无轨胶轮车在行程较长且坡度较大时会引起制动器发热,甚至导致跑车事故等安全隐患,开发设计了一种电控无轨胶轮车速度失控防护装置。介绍了该装置的结构形成、各项功能、工作原理及特点。通过该电控防护装置的应用,为矿用车辆速度失控提供合理的智能保护,优化煤矿运输车辆安全形势的分析能力,提高了整车的安全性能。Aiming at the potential safety danger of electric trackless rubber tyred vehicle,such as brake heating and even uncontrolled car accidents when the traveling distance is long and the slope is large,a speed control device for electric controlled trackless rubber tyred vehicle has been developed.The structure,fuction,working principle and characteristic of the device have been introduced.Through the application of the electric control and protection device,it provided reasonable intelligent protection for speed uncontrolled mining vehicles,optimized the analysis ability of the safety situation of coal mine transport vehicles,and improved the safety performance of the whole vehicle.
