摘　　要：退役大学生士兵是崭新的学生群体,加大对该群体的关注,是高校人才培养和德育工作的一项新课题。科学分析退役大学生士兵职业素养的内涵、外延,创新方式方法,发挥新时代退役大学生士兵的职业素养的培育作用,有利于丰富"强军梦""中国梦"的内涵和现代职业教育体系的内容。University students demobilized from military services form a new student community and call for increasing attention, which becomes a new issue in university talent cultivation and moral education. A scientific analysis to the denotation and connotation of their professionalism and innovation means gives full play to their professionalism cultivation in the new era. It serves to enrich the connotation of “Strong Army Dream” and “Chinese Dream” and the contents of modern vocational education system.
