摘　　要：教育智库是教育改革中的重要智力支持,国际上先后出现的不同类型教育智库推动了教育决策的科学化与民主化。依据《2017年全球智库报告》,从政府性质、公司性质、社团性质、附属大学性质四个维度,分别选取四个知名教育智库,对比分析它们的特征,并从人员管理机制、资金管理机制、合作交流机制、监督评价机制、成果转化机制五个方面对国际知名教育智库的运行机制进行论述,尝试对广东省建设"本土化、科学化、专业化、现代化、国际化"新型教育智库建设提出建议。Educational think-tanks are important intellectual support in education reform. There are different types of educational think-tanks in the world to promote the scientific and democratic decision-making of education. According to the "2017 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report", four well-known educational think-tanks were selected from four dimensions: government class, company class, community class, and affiliated university class to analyze their characteristics, and from personnel management mechanism, fund management mechanism, cooperation and communication mechanism, supervision and evaluation mechanism, and results transformation mechanism are used to discuss the operation mechanism of internationally renowned educational think-tanks, and try to make suggestions for the construction of a new type of educational think-tank for "localization, scientific, professional, modernization and internationalization" in Guangdong Province.
