企业家人力资本的多维异质性特征及其形成原因研究

摘　　要：创新是引领企业发展的第一动力,企业家是企业创新的驱动者。企业家作为经济发展不可或缺的创新型人力资本,呈现出多维异质性特征,其整体异质性是企业家精神、企业家能力和企业家活动三个构成部分异质性叠加作用的结果,企业家人力资本异质性导致企业异质性。企业家精神异质性主要体现为创新,企业家能力异质性主要体现为判断力,企业家活动异质性主要体现为创业和管理活动,这三类异质性特征的形成原因依次为社会文化环境、人力资本投资和内在心理动机等。Innovation is the primary driving force for leading the development of enterprises,and entrepreneurs are the drivers of enterprise innovation.Entrepreneur,as an indispensable innovative human capital for economic development,presents the feature of multidimensional heterogeneity.Its overall heterogeneity is the consequence of the heterogeneous superposition of the three components: entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial activity.The heterogeneity of entrepreneur human capital leads to corporate heterogeneity.The heterogeneity of entrepreneurship is chiefly embodied in innovation.The heterogeneity of entrepreneurial ability is mainly reflected in judgment.The counterpart of entrepreneurial activity is principally incarnated in starting an undertaking and management activities.The contributors to the formation of three heterogeneous characteristics lie in social and cultural environment,human capital investment and internal psychological motivation.
