摘 要:针对基于现有SCADA数据状态估计结果可信度不高甚至不收敛的问题,深入分析了电力系统运行状态快变对测量数据精度以及状态估计结果的影响,指出电力系统中部分测点运行状态的急剧变化是导致状态估计可信度不高的重要原因之一。提出了数字滤波的方法滤除部分测点运行状态快变行为造成的数据误差,从而获取可用于安全分析的电力系统稳态运行状态数据。对某一实际电网的算例分析验证了该方法的有效性。Based on inauthentic problems and even misconvergence of the existing SCADA data state estimation result,it analyzes deeply the effect of the quick movement of the power system to measure data accuracy and state estimation result.It points out sharp changes in the running state of some measuring points is one of the important reasons which leads to inauthentic state estimation in the power system.The measured data is divided into slow change component and fast change component.The error distribution characteristics of the fast change component can be obtained by the digital filtering of the SCADA data and the weight value of the measured data can be determined.A practical power system case study indicate the validity of the proposed method.
