摘  要:青年科学家是科学共同体中具有高度创新力的群体。青年科学家成长受到来自诸多方面因素的影响,主要包括个人特征、组织因素和宏观因素三个方面。个人特征包括良好的精神状态、心理素质和能力水平等;组织因素包括团队氛围、组织支持和家庭环境等;宏观因素包括国家政策与资金资助、社会创新环境等。随着人才强国战略的实施,我国一大批青年科学家成长起来,为建设创新型国家提供了有效的智力支撑。但当前,青年科学家成长也面临诸多的问题,需要有针对性地完善相关政策,进一步突破体制机制障碍,为青年科学家潜心研究、发明创造、技术突破创造良好条件和宽松环境,解决他们面临的特殊问题,促进青年科学家快速成长。Young scientists are a highly innovative group in the scientific community. The growth of young scientists is influenced by many factors, including personal characteristics, organizational factors and macro factors. Personal characteristics include good mental state, psychological quality and ability level, etc. Organizational factors include team atmosphere, organizational support and family environment. Macro factors include national policies and financial aid, social innovation environment, etc. With the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, a large number of young scientists in our country have grown up, providing effective intellectual support for the construction of an innovative country. However, at present, the growth of young scientists also faces many problems. It is necessary to improve relevant policies in a targeted way, further break through institutional barriers, create favorable conditions and a relaxed environment for young scientists to devote themselves to research, inventions and technological breakthroughs, solve the special problems they face, and promote the rapid growth of young scientists.
