西葫芦中氯虫苯甲酰胺的检测方法探讨

摘　　要：在西葫芦样品中加入乙腈、氯化钠后置于前处理一体机中,使用高效液相色谱-串联质谱对西葫芦中氯虫苯甲酰胺进行检测。试验结果表明,该方法的精密度和准确度符合要求,确定了测定西葫芦中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。In this paper,sodium chloride and acetonitrile was added in zucchini sample,then place the sample in a pretreatment machine,and the supernatant was used for the determination of chlorantraniliprole in zucchini by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The experimental results show that the precision and accuracy of the method meet the requirements.A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method for the determination of chlorantraniliprole residues in zucchini has been established.
