摘　　要：如何提高针灸教学质量,培养优秀针灸人才,成为国内各高等中医药大学关注的焦点。国医大师石学敏院士从医50余年,其视野独特、勇于创新的精神,在临床教学中成果卓著,培养大批卓有成就的针灸专业人才。笔者从科学教育理念与改革教学模式;加强师资队伍与基地建设;注重临床技能培养及应用;提高科研能力的培养与国外交流合作方面探讨石院士中医教育学理念,将对发展当代中医教育事业具有重要的现实意义。How to improve the teaching quality and cultivate talents on acupuncture has become the focus in domestic colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.Academician Shi Xuemin,the National Physician Master,with his medical practicing experience for over 50 years,and his unique vision as well as the spirit of innovation,has made distinguished achievements in clinical teaching,and has trained a large number of brilliant acupuncture specialists.The author explored Academician Shi′s education thoughts from the perspectives of updating education ideas and reforming teaching modes,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and teaching base,emphasizing the training and application of clinical skills,stressing the cultivation of the scientific research ability,and promoting international exchanges and cooperation.They are practically significant for the development of contemporary traditional Chinese medicine education.
