摘　　要：通过1例罕见的ERCP术后并发坏疽性胆囊炎患者的临床诊疗,以增强临床医师对ERCP罕见并发症的认识,并减少误诊的发生。One rare case of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of post-ERCP gangrenous cholecystitis patient was reported,to strengthen the understanding of rare complications of ERCP and decrease clinical misdiagnosis.
