摘  要:对于5G无线前传网络,原有的4G基站设备的6和10 Gbit/s光模块已无法满足需求,为此文章设计了一款25 Gbit/s 1 310 nm的光接收组件(ROSA)用于新兴的25 Gbit/s光模块,采用的是低成本和小尺寸的同轴结构封装。文章介绍了ROSA采用的25 Gbit/s 1 310 nm自制PIN光电二极管等核心物料的特点以及晶体管外形(TO)、ROSA的封装形式和产品制作工艺,并进行了样品的制作。对ROSA的响应度、回损、灵敏度和带宽等各项指标进行了测试,测试结果表明,产品的性能可完全满足商业级要求,在成品率合格的情况下可进行大规模商用。For 5G wireless prequel network, the 6 and 10 Gbit/s optical modules of the original 4G base station equipment can not meet the demand. A 25 Gbit/s 1 310 nm Receiver Optical Subassembly (ROSA) device is designed for the emerging 25 Gbit/s optical module, which is packaged with low-cost and small-size coaxial structure. In this paper, we introduce the characteristics of core materials used in the device including the 25 Gbit/s 1 310nm self-made PIN photodiode and the Transistor Outline (TO). The packaging form of the device and the production process of the product are also introduced. Then the sample is fabricated. The responsiveness, loss-back, sensitivity and bandwidth of the device are tested. The results show that the performance of the product can fully meet the requirements of commercial grade and can be commercially used on a large scale with qualified yield.
