关于恒定列和矩阵谱隙的一个估计

摘　　要：通过对恒定列(行)和矩阵性质的讨论,给出一个正恒定列和矩阵谱隙的估计式,该估计式的计算只涉及矩阵元素,计算简便.In this paper,the properties of matrices with constant column sum are discussed,and an estimate of the spectral gap is given,which involves only the matrices elements and is easy to calculate.
