摘 要:目的探讨以案例为基础的教学理念(case-based learning,CBL)结合同伴教育在改善骨科留学生带教质量中的应用价值。方法以50例2013级骨科留学生作为对照组,采用常规教学模式,以50例2014年级骨科留学生50例作为研究组,采用CBL理念结合同伴教育模式。比较两组带教质量的差异。结果研究组理论知识考核、临床操作考核、临床思维考核与出科考核总分值明显高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组实习效果评价(理论知识的掌握程度、临床操作的掌握程度、问题分析与解决能力、临床思维的形成与促进、实习兴趣与积极性)分值明显高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组自我评价(语言表达能力、专业语言水平、自学能力、人际沟通能力、计算机应用能力)分值明显高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组带教老师满意度评分与患者满意度评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 CBL理念结合同伴教育在改善骨科留学生带教质量中的应用价值显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the application value in improving teaching quality of case-based learning (CBL) concept combined peer education for orthopaedic international students.Methods 50 cases of grade 2013 orthopaedic international students given conventional teaching mode were as control group,and 50 cases of grade 2014 orthopaedic international students given teaching mode of CBL concept combined peer education were as study group.The differences of teaching quality between the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge,clinical operation examination,clinical thinking examination and assessment value score of the study group were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The practice effect assessment (master degree of theoretical knowledge,master degree of clinical operation,problem analysis and solving ability,formation and promote of clinical thinking,internship interest and enthusiasm) scores were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The self-assessment (language expression ability,professional language level,self-study ability,interpersonal skills,computer application ability) scores of the study group were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction scores of teaching teacher and patient in the study group were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application value in improving teaching quality of CBL concept combined peer education for orthopaedic international students is significant,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
