摘 要:为研究日照作用下钢管混凝土拱肋截面温度自应力分布情况,以成贵铁路西溪河大桥为背景,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了拱脚处实腹式拱肋截面及拱顶处哑铃型拱肋截面二维模型,并采用间接法对两类截面温度自应力进行数值分析。结果表明:拱肋截面关键测点温度计算值与实测值差别较小,截面各节点温度计算值可用作求解温度应力的荷载条件;14时截面温差最大,达到了23.19℃,为最不利温差;哑铃型截面应力分布与实腹式截面上弦管应力分布相似,钢管与混凝土截面交界处受压应力作用,核心混凝土受压应力作用。通过对复杂拱肋截面温度自应力的研究,为保障温度效应作用下钢管混凝土拱桥的安全性设计提供了一定的理论依据。In order to study the distribution of temperature self-stress in the cross section of concrete filled steel tube arch ribs under the action of sunshine, taking the Xixi River Bridge of Chenggui railway as the background,the two-dimensional model of the cross section of the real abdominal arch rib at the arch and the cross section of the dumbbell shaped arch at the vault was established by the finite element software ANSYS, and the temperature self-stress of the two types of cross sections was analyzed by the indirect method. The results show that the difference between the calculated temperature values of the key points of the arch ribs and the measured temperature values is small. The calculated temperature values of each node can be used as the loading conditions for solving the temperature stress. At 2 p.m., the temperature difference of the cross section is maximum, reaching 23.19℃, the most unfavorable temperature difference. The stress distribution of the dumbbell shaped section is similar to the stress distribution of the upper chord tube of the real abdominal section.The junction of the steel tube and the concrete section is under the compressive stress and the core concrete is under the compressive stress. Through the study of the temperature self-stress of the cross section of the complex arch rib, this paper provides a certain theoretical basis for the safety design of the concrete filled steel tube arch bridge under the effect of temperature effect.
