地仙壮骨汤对去卵巢大鼠骨密度的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟地仙壮骨汤对去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠骨密度的治疗效果。方法:将40只6月龄SD雌性大鼠分为:假手术组、模型组、自拟地仙壮骨汤组、仙灵骨葆组,每组10只,经去势手术2周后,仙灵骨葆组每天每只2ml(0.1g/kg),自拟地仙壮骨汤组每天每只2ml(0.5g/kg),假手术组与模型组予等量生理盐水,给药13周后处死大鼠,取左侧股骨,置入冰箱保存,并用双能X线骨密度测量仪测定股骨骨密度,并测量大鼠用药前后的体质量。结果:(1)自拟地仙壮骨汤组大鼠体质量与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与仙灵骨葆组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)自拟地仙壮骨汤组大鼠骨密度与模型组、假手术组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与仙灵骨葆组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟地仙壮骨汤可有效提高去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠的骨密度值,为中医药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症提供有益的实验依据,值得进一步研究。Objective:To observe the effect of Dexian Zhuanggu Decoction treating bone mineral density of rats with ovariectomy osteoporosis,in order to provide a basis for scientific use.Methods:10 6-month old SD rats were randomly selected as sham operation group,another 30 rats were selected to establish ovariectomized models.In 2 weeks after the operation,the successful models of 30 rats were divided into model group,Dexian Zhuanggu Decoction group,Xianlinggubao group,each group had 10 rats.The sham operation group and model group was given the same volume of normal saline by intragastric administration,C group was treated with 2ml(0.1g/kg)and Xianlinggubao group 2ml(0.5g/kg)by administration once per day and for 13 weeks.Body mass and bone mineral density of the rats in every group were observed.Results:Body mass in Dexian Zhuanggu Decoction group was lower,while BMD was higher than model group(P<0.05),and the changes of these indexes were similar in Dexian Zhuanggu Decoction group and Xianlinggubao group.Conclusion:Dexian Zhuanggu Decoction can effectively enhance bone mineral density which is caused by Osteoporosis Model Rats after Ovariectomy.It is an optional treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis drugs.
