细胞印片技术在肺小结节术中快速病理诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的从操作时间、染色效果、诊断准确率等多重维度,探讨细胞印片技术在肺小结节术中快速病理诊断的实用价值。方法选取直径≤2 cm的肺小结节标本100例,分别进行细胞印片和快速超声组织处理HE染色。其结果严格按照质控的要求进行判读。结果与快速石蜡制片相比,细胞印片技术简单快捷、染色效果佳、准确率高,且无需特殊检查仪器和试剂辅助,适用于肺小结节等小标本的术中快速诊断。结论细胞印片是一种快速、经济、准确的诊断学检查手段,它能够和术中组织快速石蜡诊断结果相互印证,以提高肺小结节快速病理诊断的准确性,更好地指导肺小结节患者的外科手术治疗。To investigate the value of imprint cytology technique in the fast pathology diagnosis during the small pulmonary nodules operation in terms of surgical time, staining effects and diagnostic accuracy. Methods 100 samples of pulmonary nodules(≤20 mm in diameter)were selected from January 2014 to June 2014 in our hospital, and each sample was processed with the imprint cytology and rapid ultrasound method, respectively. All results were evaluated under the regulation of QoS(quality of service)requirement. Results Compared with rapid paraffin section, imprint cytology was much faster(P<0.05), better dyeing effect, and there was no significant difference in the coincidence rate between 2 methods(P>0.05). Moreover, imprint cytology could be operated without special instruments and poisonous reagents, particularly well-suited for rapid diagnosis of pulmonary nodules during surgery. Conclusion Imprint cytology is a simple, convenient and accurate diagnostic procedure, and it is able to support histologic rapid diagnosis and to ensure the accuracy of fast diagnosis in small pulmonary nodules. Thus, it can better provide quality service for the the surgical treatment of clinical pulmonary nodules.
