摘  要:提出一种双曲型钢管铅阻尼器,设计了39组阻尼器模型,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对其进行模拟分析,研究不同削弱比、高径比、钢管内径、过渡段高度、连接段高度和端板嵌入深度等对双曲型钢管铅阻尼器力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:双曲型钢管铅阻尼器的滞回曲线饱满且对称,等效阻尼比稳定在0.4~0.5,具有稳定的耗能性能和良好的延性;随着削弱比的增大,初始刚度、屈服后刚度、屈服荷载、屈服位移和最大荷载均不断减小;随着高径比的增大,初始刚度、屈服荷载和最大荷载均逐渐减小,屈服位移逐渐增大;随着钢管内径的增大,初始刚度、屈服后刚度、屈服荷载和最大荷载增大,屈服位移减小;随着嵌入深度的增加,端板应力变小;随着过渡段、连接段高度的增加,双曲型钢管铅阻尼器耗能段中部和端部应力逐渐增大,耗能段中部塑性变形均逐渐增大。建议削弱比取0.30~0.50,高径比取1.7~2.2;钢管内径优先取较大值且不宜小于130 mm;过渡段高度取20~40 mm;连接段高度取10~20 mm,嵌入深度12~15 mm。A hyperbolic type lead-filled steel tube damper(H-LFTD)was proposed.Numerical analysis was conducted using the ABAQUS finite element software on 39 models of H-LFTD to investigate the influence of the weakening ratio,height-to-diameter ratio,inner diameter of the steel tube,height of the transition section and the connection section,and the depth of the end plate on their mechanical properties.The results show that the hysteretic performance of the H-LFTD is full and symmetrical,and has good energy dissipation characteristics.The results also show that the equivalent damping ratio is stable at 0.4-0.5,representing stable energy dissipation capacity and good ductility.With the increase of weakening ratio,the initial stiffness,post-yield stiffness,yield load,yield displacement and maximum load decrease.With the increase of height-to-diameter ratio,the initial stiffness,yield load and maximum load decrease gradually,and the yield displacement increases gradually.The stress of the end plate decreases with the embedded depth.With the increase of the height of the transition section and the connection section,the stress in the middle and end of the energy dissipation section of the H-LFTD increases gradually,and the plastic deformation in the middle part of the energy dissipation section increases gradually.The recommended weakening ratio is 0.30-0.50,while the recommended height-to-diameter ratio is 1.7-2.2.The inner diameter of steel tube should preferably be taken to be a higher value and should not be less than 130 mm.The recommended height of the transition section is 20-40 mm,the recommended height of the connection segment is 10-20 mm,while the recommended embedded depth is 12-15 mm.
