摘  要:《中华人民共和国教师法》是我国改革开放40年教育法治进程中,具有"哥白尼"式转向意义的一部教育法律。该部教育立法在性质上体现了先导性、突破性、对标性和全面性的特点;在原则上创立了教师优先、教师专业、教师权利、地位平等、政府保障责任、法律统一的基本原则。这些教育立法价值和成果,是我们今天再次思考教师立法问题的前提和基础,需要认真梳理与承继。Teachers Law of the People' s Republic of China is an educational law with “Copernican” steering significance in the process of the rule of law in education for 40 years in China. In nature, this law embodies the following characteristics: pioneering, breakthrough, benchmarking and comprehensive. In principle, it establishes six basic principles: teacher priority, teacher specialty, teacher rights, equal status, government guarantee responsibility and legal unification. These values and achievements of educational legislation are the premise and foundation to think about legislation for teachers again today, which needs us to carefully sort out and inherit.
