超声引导下乳腺肿块穿刺活检的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的评价乳腺肿块穿刺活检应用超声引导的临床价值。方法研究对象:2017年1月--2018年10月我院收治的40例乳腺肿块患者,分析40例患者临床资料,所有患者均实施超声引导下乳腺肿块穿刺活检,并与术后病理检查做对比。结果 40例患者经超声引导下活检发现25例良性、14例恶性。手术病理检查发现25例良性、15例恶性。超声引导下穿刺活检诊断符合率与手术病理对比,差异不具统计学意义,P>0.05。结论超声引导下实施乳腺肿块穿刺活检诊断,可为临床提供有效的参考依据,临床应用价值较高,值得借鉴。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy of breast masses.Methods 40 patients with breast mass were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018.The clinical data of 40 patients were analyzed.All patients underwent ultrasound-guided breast mass biopsy and compared with pathological examination after operation.Results Ultrasound-guided biopsy revealed 25 benign and 14 malignant cases in 40 patients.Surgical and pathological examination revealed 25 benign and 15 malignant cases.The diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy was not significantly different from that of surgical pathology(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy of breast masses can provide an effective reference for clinical diagnosis.It has high clinical value and is worth learning.
