加强农业科研单位学科建设工作的探讨——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：学科建设是科研单位增强科技竞争力的必然选择,也是提升科技创新能力的重要载体。文章简要回顾了江苏省农业科学院学科建设基本情况,总结了加强学科建设的主要做法,分析了学科建设过程中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了明确学科建设目标、加强院所协调联动、优化资源配置、完善运行机制等对策与建议,以期为农业科研单位加强学科建设提供借鉴。Discipline construction is an inevitable choice for scientific research institutions to enhance their scientific and technological competitiveness,as well as an important carrier to enhance their scientific and technological innovation capacity.The basic situation of discipline construction in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences was briefly reviewed in this paper.Main methods of strengthening discipline construction were summarized.The problems existing in the process of discipline construction were also analyzed.On this basis,countermeasures were put forward,i.e.,make clear the target of discipline construction,strengthen coordinate linkage between academy and institution,optimize the allocation of resources and improve the operating mechanism.This will provide guidance for agricultural research institutes to strengthen the discipline construction.
