摘 要:针对目前铁路油品运输存在的对位速度慢和自动化程度低等问题。从设计角度介绍一种多传感器对位系统,即超声波检测技术与计算机视觉图像处理技术相结合。首先,在粗对位阶段,利用超声波检测技术实现大鹤管与油罐车罐口快速粗对位;其次,在精对位阶段,在计算机视觉图像处理技术的帮助下实现大鹤管与油罐车罐口精准对位;最后,装油结束完成大鹤管自动复位初始位置。本系统具有对位精度高、速度快等特性,极大提高大鹤管控制系统对位效率,对整个石油行业的发展具有重要意义。Aiming at the problems of slow speed and low degree of automation in railway oil transportation. This paper introduces a multi - sensor alignment system, which combines ultrasonic detection technology and computer vision image processing technology.Firstly, in the stage of coarse alignment, ultrasonic detection technology is used to realize the quick coarse alignment between the crane pipe and the tank head of the tanker.Secondly, in the stage of precise alignment, precise alignment between the crane pipe and the tank mouth can be achieved with the help of computer vision image processing technology. Finally, after filling oil, the big crane pipe is automatically reset to its original position.This system has the characteristics of high alignment accuracy and fast speed, which greatly improves the alignment efficiency of the control system of the big crane pipe and is of great significance to the development of the whole petroleum industry.
