摘 要:提高大学生实践能力和创新水平是高校面临的主要任务,创新意识淡薄、实践课程重视不够、条件不足、理论和实践课程脱节、实践课程不成体系等因素严重制约着创新人才的培养。积极进行实践教育改革,通过学校、教师、学生三者的有机对接,注重学生的基础课、专业基础课、专业课的实践教学的对接,课程实验、毕业设计、创新创业实践相互促进等"三位一体"的对接模式,使得实践课程前后衔接,更加系统和全面,同时建立有效的考核、管理以及激励机制。使得大学生重视实践过程,能在实践中思考、思考中去实践,提高理论水平和实践能力、创新能力。The major mission faced by colleges and universities is to improve the practical ability and innovation level of university students. The cultivation of innovative talents is seriously restricted by some factors which are lack of innovative awareness, ignorance of the practical curriculum, insufficient conditions, mismatch of theories and practice, unsystematic practical curriculum, etc. Practical education reform should be actively carried out through the connection among universities, teachers and students, connections among the basic curriculum, professional basic curriculum and specialized curriculum, interactions among curriculum experiments, graduation design, research and entrepreneurial practice. Through implying the "Trinity Docking Mode", practical curriculum can be systematicness and comprehensiveness. Effective assessment, management and incentive mechanism can be established at the same time. In this way, students could think through practice, practice after think, improve their practical and innovation abilities.
