摘　　要：随着物联网技术在各个领域的应用日趋成熟,将物联网技术引入实验室的安全管理具有重要的现实意义,可以显著提高保障设施,实现实验设备和实验人员安全管控的及时性和高效性。以海军工程大学某实验室为例,通过分析实验室安全管理需求,采用多种数字和视频传感器、结合有线和无线网络技术,利用PLC编程和工业组态软件设计实现了一套实验室安全管理系统。该系统主要功能包括:实验室卫生间的水流监测,实验室各个房间的电能使用情况监测和视频监控,以及实验室的门禁管理。目前该系统已经在试点实验室应用,它有效改善了实验室管理手段,提高了实验室管理效效率。The application of Internet of Things technology in various fields becomes more and more mature, it is of great practical significance to introduce the Internet of Things technology into the safety management of laboratories, which can improve the timeliness and efficiency of safety control of laboratory facilities, laboratory equipment and laboratory personnel. In this paper, a laboratory safety management system is designed and implemented by analyzing the laboratory safety management needs. The system uses a variety of digital and video sensors, combines with wired and wireless network technology, and uses industrial configuration software. The main application functions of the system include water flow monitoring in the laboratory and bathrooms, energy usage monitoring and video monitoring in each room in the laboratory, and access control in the laboratory. When the system is used in the laboratory, it effectively improves the laboratory management and the efficiency of laboratory management.
