摘  要:针对弹性支撑组件设计效率低、生产成本高的问题,基于VB.NET编程语言,以Microsoft Visual Studio为平台,在SolidWorks和Abaqus软件的基础上,开发了风力发电机组弹性支承组件CAD/CAE系统。该系统结合弹性支撑组件的设计开发流程,利用参数化设计技术、自动化装配技术和参数化的有限元分析技术,实现了弹性支承组件的快速计算、结构尺寸的参数化设计、关键零部件的有限元分析,并通过实例验证了CAD/CAE系统的可行性和实用性。Focused on the problem of low efficiency and high cost of production, the elastic support components CAD/CAE system of wind turbine is developed on the basis of the Microsoft Visual Studio platform, VB.NET programming language, SolidWorks and Abaqus software.The system combines the design and development process of the elastic support components, using parametric design techniques,automated assembly technology and parametric finite element analysis,the fast calculation of the elastic supporting components,the parametric design of the structural dimensions and the finite element analysis of the key components are realized.The feasibility and practicability of the CAD/CAE system are verified by an example.
