摘  要:文章基于累积损伤分析的方法,建立了层合复合材料低速冲击三维数值模型。模型采用Puck准则和界面元Cohesive来预测铺层的层内损伤和层间损伤,并考虑基体断裂碎屑对凹坑形成的显著影响,建立了分层残余应变模型用于模拟凹坑,模型通过在有限元软件ABAQUS平台上编写VUMAT子程序实现,对层合板进行了低速冲击数值模拟,通过与试验结果的对比,验证了文章所建模型的合理性。Based on the method of cumulative damage analysis, a three-dimensional numerical model of laminated composites under low velocity impact is established in this paper. In the model, Puck criterion and interface element Cohesive are used to predict the intralaminar damage and interlaminar damage, and considering the significant influence of matrix fracture debris on pit formation, a delamination residual strain model is established to simulate the pit. The model is realized by programming vacuum subroutine on the finite element software ABAQUS platform, and the numerical simulation of low speed impact of laminated plates is carried out. The rationality of the model is verified by comparing with the experimental results.
